The media and Government Communication Division at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar entitled (Illegal Immigration), delivered by a lecturer in the international law (Asst.Lect. Mohamed Ismail Juma), on Monday, 2024/02/26 at the college of Law Building.
He touched upon the concept of illegal migration, its causes and types, the position of international law on this phenomenon, as well as the problems that accompany the illegal migration process, smuggling and the difficulty of integration.
The seminar reached several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to eliminate the causes of migration by providing job opportunities for young people, creating a secure environment and achieving political, economic and security stability.
