The discussion was held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, in the Model Court Hall at the College.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The Discussion Committee consisted of:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Prof. Dr. Issa Turki Khalaf \u2013 Chairman<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Asst. Prof. Dr. Nada Abdul-Kadhim Hussein \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Lect. Dr. Rabab Khalil Ibrahim \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Prof. Dr. Waleed Marza Hamza \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The thesis aimed to explain the concept, characteristics, types, and legal nature of electronic evidence, as well as to examine its role in establishing or disproving the disciplinary liability of public employees and the extent of its legal evidentiary value. It also analyzed the position of the Iraqi legislator and compared it with French, Egyptian, Emirati, and Jordanian legislation, thereby highlighting the need to develop the legal framework governing electronic evidence in the disciplinary field.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The thesis consisted of three chapters. Chapter One addressed the conceptual framework of electronic evidence. Chapter Two examined the legal basis and scope of resorting to electronic evidence in disciplinary liability.
