Prof. Dr. Laftah Hamel Alwan \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Prof. Dr. Samira Hussein Muhsin \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Prof. Dr. Ali Fawzi Ibrahim \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The dissertation aimed to establish an integrated legal framework for litigation involving legal persons, in a way that enhances the protection of rights and the stability of legal positions. It also examined the practical impact of Civil Procedure Law across legal systems in Iraq, Egypt, and France, along with a study of selected judicial precedents in English law.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The dissertation was divided into three chapters: the first addressed the conceptual framework of legal persons, the second examined the procedural system of litigation involving legal persons, and the third analyzed the procedural rules governing such litigation and their legislative and judicial applications.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The study concluded with several recommendations, most notably:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Amending Article (4) of the Iraqi Civil Procedure Law.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Clarifying the distinction between a litigant and their legal representative, and addressing legislative gaps in cases requiring proper representation\u2014particularly by amending Article (173) to stipulate that appeals are not accepted unless signed by a lawyer admitted before the court that issued the judgment.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Establishing a unified procedural system governing litigation involving legal persons and third-party claims, characterized by clarity and consistency with the legal provisions regulating legal
