Prof. Dr. Ammar Fawzi Kadhim (Member)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.Assist. Prof. Dr. Taghreed Mohammed Qaddouri (Member)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5.Assist. Prof. Dr. Nada Abdul Kadhim Hussein (Member)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.Prof. Dr. Saba Numan Rasheed (Member and Supervisor)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The study aimed to clarify the importance of the legal regulation of contracts for the sale of state-owned real estate, given the increasing importance of real property at the present time. It also sought to achieve stability in state-owned real estate and legislative reform concerning real estate sale contracts and the mechanisms for transferring real estate property.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The dissertation consisted of three chapters:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The first chapter examined the nature of state-owned real estate property.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The second chapter discussed the concept of contracts for the sale of state real estate.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The third chapter addressed the legal mechanisms governing contracts for the sale of state-owned real estate.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The dissertation concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which include:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">First: The legislator should establish a legal provision specifying the necessary conditions for the real estate property being sold.
