The seminar was held on Wednesday morning in the central hall of the Diwan in Baghdad under the title:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThe Code of Sharia Rulings between Legislation and Interpretation.\u201d<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During the seminar, the Dean delivered an educational lecture addressing the Code of Sharia Rulings according to the Ja\u2018fari school of jurisprudence. He reviewed its historical origins and legislative development and answered key questions raised about the Code, from its approval in 1921, through the stages of its development until 1959, and up to its present status.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Dean explained that the Code has undergone several amendments throughout its history and has not faced major objections, as it is consistent with the nature of the family and the unity of the legal provisions regulating its affairs.
