The College of Law at the University of Baghdad organized, on the morning of Thursday, November 27, 2025, a workshop entitled \u201cOperational Risk Management\u201d, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Andalous Hamed Abdul, in the college\u2019s Model Court Hall.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to review the operational risks faced by banks, highlight gaps in internal control systems, and clarify the legal risks resulting from fraud or obstruction of banking operations, as these are among the main challenges affecting the efficiency of the financial system.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
