The workshop was delivered by Professor Dr. Musaddaq Adel Talib under the title: \u201cEvaluating the Constitutional Experience in Iraq: The Basic Law of 1925 and the 2005 Constitution as Models.\u201d It was held on Sunday, 23\/11\/2025, at the Model Court Hall of the College.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The workshop presented an objective evaluation of the Iraqi constitutional experience by reviewing the reasons for adopting the parliamentary political system, as well as assessing the role of the legislative authority under both the 1925 Basic Law and the 2005 Constitution.
