On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the College of Law at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop titled \u201cEnhancing Awareness and Self-Development,\u201d presented by Lecturer Huda Faiq Abdul Rahman, and aimed at undergraduate students.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop sought to raise students\u2019 awareness of the importance of self-development as a continuous process through which individuals strive to improve themselves by acquiring new skills and knowledge that enhance their mental abilities and help them achieve personal goals. It also addressed the significance of maintaining balance among psychological, physical, and intellectual aspects, as this balance plays a vital role in improving quality of life and increasing the chances of success in various fields.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the workshop, several recommendations were presented, including:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Enhancing individuals\u2019 self-confidence.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Identifying strengths and weaknesses and working on self-development accordingly.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Setting clear goals and practical plans to achieve them.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Making effective use of social media to gain experience and skills by participating in online courses and employing them to achieve personal and professional success.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This workshop was part of a series of scientific and awareness activities organized by the College of Law \u2013 University of Baghdad, aimed at developing students\u2019 abilities and refining their personal and intellectual skills.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
