As part of the activities of the Guidance and Educational Counseling Unit at the College of Law \u2013 University of Baghdad, an awareness lecture titled \u201cAnxiety and Ways to Overcome It\u201d was held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, delivered by Professor Dr. Saba Naaman Rashid and aimed at undergraduate students.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The lecturer addressed the concept of anxiety and its types, highlighting its causes and psychological and behavioral effects on both the individual and society. She also discussed effective methods for managing anxiety and controlling negative emotions before they develop into psychological disorders that affect students\u2019 mental balance and social behavior.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The lecture concluded with a set of practical guidelines to help students cope with the pressures of university life in positive ways, contributing to the promotion of mental health and achieving personal and academic stability.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
