Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Law \u2013 University of Baghdad, and under the supervision of the International Law , the preliminary rounds of the moot court for fourth-year students at the College of Law, University of Baghdad, were launched on Monday, October 27, 2025.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s moot court addressed the topic \u201cCitizenship and Conflict of Laws,\u201d where students presented their legal arguments before a committee of specialized professors in a realistic simulation of litigation procedures, aimed at developing their skills in legal analysis and drafting defenses and pleadings.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The moot court was supervised by Mr. Mohamed Ismail Juma\u2019a, the student teams\u2019 training supervisor, while the panel of judges consisted of:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
