Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Law at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ali Hadi Atiya, the College organized a ceremonial event honoring Professor Dr. Mahmoud Khalil Jafar on the occasion of his appointment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and his entry into the diplomatic corps as an ambassador of the Republic of Iraq.<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe ceremony was attended by faculty members and staff of the College, who expressed their deep appreciation for Dr. Mahmoud\u2019s distinguished academic and administrative career, praising his active role in enhancing the academic standards of the College of Law and the remarkable impact he made in developing institutional performance and promoting a positive legal education environment.<\/strong><\/span>
\nIn his speech, Professor Dr. Ali Hadi Atiya commended Dr. Mahmoud\u2019s substantial contributions during his tenure at the College, emphasizing that his transition to the diplomatic corps represents a valuable addition, reflecting the competence of Iraqi academic staff and their ability to represent the country at international forums with distinction.<\/strong><\/span>
\nFor his part, Dr. Mahmoud Khalil Jafar expressed his gratitude and pride for this kind recognition by the College, its administration, and his colleagues, noting that his experience at the College of Law will remain a cornerstone of his academic and professional journey.<\/strong><\/span>
