Prof. Dr. Qaed Hadi Dahesh, Head of the Criminal Law, has been appointed as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Third International Scientific Conference on Drugs and Psychotropic Substances: The Reality of Legislative, Judicial, and Security Responses to Their Challenges, which will be held in Tripoli, Libya, from November 25 to 28, 2025, under the theme:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">\u201cTowards Developing and Modernizing Legislative, Judicial, and Security Mechanisms of Confrontation.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The conference is organized by the High Institute of the Judiciary in Libya, in academic partnership with Zintan University, with participation from the College of Law \u2013 University of Baghdad as an international academic partner.
