The College of Law at the University of Baghdad Discusses a Master’s Thesis on Conflict of Laws and International Jurisdiction in Cyberbullying Disputes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The College of Law, University of Baghdad, discussed a Master\u2019s thesis titled \u201cConflict of Laws and International Jurisdiction in Cyberbullying Disputes\u201d, submitted by Ahmed Rajab Saeed, from the Department of Private Law, on Monday, August 18, 2025, in the college\u2019s conference hall.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The examination committee consisted of the following members:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  4. Asst. Prof. Dr. Luma Abdul Baqi Mahmoud \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The thesis aimed to provide a critical analysis of traditional legal rules, evaluate contemporary judicial and doctrinal approaches, and propose innovative legal solutions to address the challenges posed by cyberbullying disputes in the context of private international law.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The thesis was structured into three chapters:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
