Today, the College of Law at the University of Baghdad launched the competitive entrance examinations for applicants to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2025\u20132026. The exams covered the branches of Public Law, Private Law, and International Law, with a total of 289 male and female applicants: 131 Master\u2019s in Private Law, 9 PhDs in Private Law, 104 Master\u2019s in Public Law, 10 PhDs in Public Law, and 35 Master\u2019s in International Law. The exams began at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, under the direct supervision of the Dean and members of the College Council.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Dean and Council members inspected the examination halls to monitor the progress of the examination process, highly commending the efforts of the supervising academic committees and supporting bodies for their role in ensuring the success of the examinations. They also appreciated the provision of all necessary resources and a suitable environment for students, as well as the adherence to the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the instructions of the examination committees. Additionally, they reviewed the halls through electronic surveillance systems and the strict procedures in place to guarantee the integrity and success of the process.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the written examinations, students proceeded to the interviews conducted by committees formed from the academic branches, under the direct supervision of the heads of the respective departments.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
