College of Law \u2013 University of Baghdad Discusses Master\u2019s Thesis on the Crime of Public Incitement to Disobey Laws<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, the College of Law at the University of Baghdad held a defence for a master\u2019s thesis titled \u201cThe Crime of Public Incitement to Disobey Laws \u2013 A Comparative Study\u201d, submitted by Haider Natiq Hano from the\u00a0Criminal Law. The session took place in the college\u2019s Model Courtroom.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The examination committee consisted of:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  4. Prof. Dr. Alaa Nasser Hussein \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The thesis aimed to analyze the crime of public incitement to disobey the law, as it represents a clear violation undermining the legal system and public order. It emphasized the importance of criminalizing such conduct to preserve legal integrity and societal stability.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The thesis was organized into three chapters:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
