The discussion took place on Monday, April 7, 2025, in the College&#8217;s Conference Hall.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The discussion committee consisted of the following members:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Prof. Dr. Fadil Jabeer Lefteh \u2013 Chairman<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Khalil Khudair \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Prof. Dr. Bahan Salah Abdulqader \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Assist. Prof. Dr. Taghreed Mohammed Qadouri \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Hamad \u2013 Member<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Prof. Dr. Walid Marza Hamza \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The dissertation aimed to highlight the requirement of &#8220;purpose&#8221; in the legality of smart administration decisions, particularly in relation to the collection and use of personal data. It also addressed the legal frameworks governing this aspect and the necessity for the administration to precisely and proactively define legitimate purposes when processing data.
