The College of Law at the University of Baghdad discussed a master\u2019s thesis in the criminal law branch of student Zulfiqar Hassan Gloub, tagged with (the motive of the terrorist crime) on Sunday 4\/9\/2022 in the conference hall of the college.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Kazem Abdullah Al-Shamry as Chairman, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hamdallah Ahmed as a member, Prof. Dr. Nawal Tariq Ibrahim as a member, and Assistant Professor Dr. Qaid Hadi Dahsh as a member and supervisor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0 aim of\u00a0 studying\u00a0 the motive in the terrorist crime is to know and understand the motive, especially in that crime, and it may help to understand the culprit in the terrorist crime and the extent of the criminal severity and its impact on the punishment imposed by the judge.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The thesis also included three chapters, the first of which dealt with the conceptual framework of the motive in terrorist crime, the second chapter the role of the motive in the pillars of terrorist crime, and the third chapter dealt with the factors affecting the terrorist criminal motives.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The most important recommendations of the study are for the Iraqi legislator to use legal terminology accurately and carefully, especially in the Iraqi anti-terrorism law, especially to distinguish the motive from the purpose, purpose and criminal intent, and to remove the ambiguity. The attitude of the Iraqi legislator of the anti-terrorism law is critical because the phrase \u201cterrorist goals\u201d contained in Article one is ambiguous. The researcher also proposes comprehensive reforms for Arab television and placing it under constant supervision, through monitoring the media, especially the mass media, and setting a valid framework for it that denies their relationship terrorist criminal behaviour.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
