{"id":5225,"date":"2025-01-13T20:05:51","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T20:05:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=5225"},"modified":"2025-01-13T20:05:51","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T20:05:51","slug":"the-continuing-education-unit-organizes-a-workshop-on-transparency-and-its-role-in-enhancing-accountability-in-administrative-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=5225","title":{"rendered":"The Continuing Education Unit Organizes a Workshop on Transparency and its Role in Enhancing Accountability in Administrative Work."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Ali Hadi Atiah, and the supervision of the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Jalil Hassan Bashat Al-Saadi, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Law, University of Baghdad, organized a workshop titled &#8220;Transparency and its Role in Enhancing Accountability in Administrative Work.&#8221; The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hiba Naama Mansour, a faculty member in the Department of Public Law, on Sunday, January 12, 2024, at the Faculty&#8217;s Model Court Hall.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The workshop aimed to explain the administrative interaction mechanisms between superiors and subordinates from the perspective of administrative transparency, which is based on clarity, flexibility, and openness.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The workshop covered several key topics, including:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Topic 1: The concept of transparency<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Topic 2: The foundations of administrative transparency, highlighting its main pillars<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Topic 3: Conditions for transparency<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Topic 4: Requirements for administrative transparency.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">It is essential to adopt administrative democracy in governmental institutions to enhance administrative transparency by involving employees in the decision-making process, especially in daily operations and decisions.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Adopting an open-access approach among employees at different administrative levels to achieve a deeper understanding of their needs and ensure their fulfillment.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Strengthening trust in interactions between superiors and subordinates to ensure smooth administrative operations.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">To activate the role of administrative leaders in achieving transparency requirements effectively, it is necessary to establish administrative relationships with employees based on adopting situational theory in management, guiding them according to their abilities and motivating the competent ones.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Ali Hadi Atiah, and the supervision of &#8230; <a class=\"cz_readmore cz_readmore_no_icon\" href=\"https:\/\/en.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=5225\"><span>more<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":157,"featured_media":5226,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[3,5,9],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5225","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-public","category-9"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
