In implementation of the decision of the Council of ministers to prepare a training rehabilitation program outside Iraq to prepare specialists in the field of shared international waters and negotiation mechanisms, the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources has established in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of foreign affairs and the Ministry of higher education and scientific research.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The first meeting was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Water Resources on Monday, corresponding to 24\/10\/2024, and the meeting was attended by the Director General of the planning and follow-up department at the Ministry Center, engineer Hatem Hamid Hussein, representatives of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research, and in the presence of the committee, each representative of the college of the lecturer law in the international law (Dr. Mustafa Salem Abdul) and the representative of the college of Engineering (Dr. Mahmoud Saleh Mahdi) and representatives of the college of political science (Dr. Abbas Hashim Aziz-Dr. Haider Yahya Thamer-asst.lect. Dalia Abdulsalam Abdul Wahid).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The meeting included a discussion mechanism to prepare a rehabilitation program outside Iraq to prepare specialists in the field of shared international waters and negotiation mechanisms to be prepared for the future through their scholarship for study and training purposes in cooperation with specialized international organizations and one of the reputable universities in the United States of America or the United Kingdom to exchange views and ideas on the training program for experts in the field of law, engineering and political science related to international rivers.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
