The college of law at the University of Baghdad discussed a master’s thesis in the private law of the student (Sarah Wadah Kazim), tagged with (the legal system of real estate brokerage contract _ comparative study), on Sunday, corresponding to 11\/8\/2024 on the conference hall at the college.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis aims to analyse the real estate brokerage contract, explain its concept, its effects and the responsibility of the real estate broker and the owner of the property in case of violation of their obligations, and also aims to detailed research on the real estate brokerage contract, and review the experiences of Egyptian, French and American law and compare it with the Iraqi situation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis included two chapters, the first chapter of which dealt with the nature of the real estate brokerage contract and the second chapter the provisions of the real estate brokerage contract.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis came out with several recommendations, the most important of which is to proposed on the site of the Iraqi developed tightly regulated for the activities of the real estate brokerage similar to French law no. (9_70) issued on 2 January 1970, and by decree issued in 1972, the recommendation of the Iraqi amendment to Article (2\/1) of the law of evidence of Iraqi delete the activities of the real estate broker or shoulder evening the definition of the contract to the guide contained in the Article (1\/1) the fact that the style of the census exclusive is not consistent with the nature of commercial transactions sophisticated.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
