The college of law at the University of Baghdad discussed a master’s thesis in the criminal law of a student (Ahmed Sabah Jawad), tagged with (judicial guard and his criminal responsibility _ comparative study), on Sunday, 28\/7\/2024 on the conference hall at the college.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis aims to indicate the interest of Arab and foreign legislations in the judicial guard and to indicate the accusation of the judicial guard of dishonesty or waste of funds or fraud and failure to maintain and manage the funds that have been seized.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis included three chapters, the first of which dealt with the provisions of judicial custody, the second chapter dealt with the forms of criminal liability of the judicial guard resulting from his violation of his obligations, and the third chapter dealt with the applications of criminal liability of the judicial guard resulting from his violation of his obligations.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis came out with several recommendations, the most important of which is to invite the Iraqi legislator to organize the custodial provisions and unify them with a special chapter in the civil law, invite the Iraqi legislator to provide a special definition of the judicial guard and specify the conditions for its selection, invite the Iraqi legislator to include a legal text clarifying the criminal and civil liability of the judicial guard in case of violation of the custody and management of the funds in custody .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
