The college of law at the University of Baghdad discussed a master’s thesis in the private law of a student (Maryam Nasser zuwair), marked with (the Obligation to Ensure the Safety of Persons in the Contract of Medical Tests), on Sunday, 9\/6\/2024 on the model courtroom at the college.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe letter aims to reach the definition of the obligation to ensure the safety of persons in the contract of medical analysis and to determine the conditions for the obligation to ensure the safety of persons in the contract of medical analysis.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe thesis included three chapters, the first of which dealt with the concept of a medical analysis contract and what the obligation to ensure the safety of persons arising from it, the second chapter the content of the obligation to ensure the safety of persons in the medical analysis contract, and the third chapter dealt with the civil liability arising from the breach of the obligation to ensure the safety of persons in the medical analysis contract.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe thesis came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the study of the contract of medical tests to indicate its specificity, the organization of the work of medical laboratories because these laboratories represent a major role in the health of citizens, and the organization of the practice of the profession of analysis by legislating a special law medical specialists in specialized laboratories have legal licenses.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
