{"id":3837,"date":"2024-06-03T17:50:21","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T17:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=3837"},"modified":"2024-06-03T17:50:21","modified_gmt":"2024-06-03T17:50:21","slug":"the-college-of-law-university-of-baghdad-participates-in-the-publication-of-the-first-report-of-the-program-of-follow-up-of-trials-for-corruption-cases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=3837","title":{"rendered":"The College of Law, University of Baghdad Participates in the Publication of the First Report of the Program of Follow-Up of Trials for Corruption Cases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The college of law at the University of Baghdad participated in the publication of the first report of the trial follow-up program for major corruption cases, the anti-corruption initiatives and strengthening commercial arbitration project of the United Nations Development Program.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">This came during the presence of Dr.Taghreed Mohammed Kaddouri, the head of the Public Law, tweeted the events held in Baghdad on Sunday 2\/6\/2024, which was attended by the chief prosecutor, the head of the judicial supervision commission, a number of judges and members of the public prosecution. Representatives of the United Nations Development Programme in Iraq and the representative of the European Union.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The report included monitoring and follow-up of major corruption cases pending by the central anti-corruption criminal court and reviewing the sentences issued by it.
