The private law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a seminar entitled ( implied error in the scope of medical liability), delivered by the lecturer at the private law (Dr. Munaa Naim Jehas), on Thursday, 2024\/03\/14 at the college of Law Building.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In it, she explained the concept of the idea of research, which is based on deducing the error from the mere occurrence of damage, and the purpose of adopting this idea from comparative systems to be a tool to help the injured person in obtaining compensation in case he\/she is unable to determine the fault of the official.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Finally, the lecturer explained the swing of legal opinion on this idea between acceptance and rejection by the systems in question.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
