The college of law at the University of Baghdad held a scientific seminar entitled (commercial arbitration), this seminar was presented by the international judge, an expert in the United Nations mission working in Iraq (Ahmed Al-Orfali), on Sunday, 2024\/2\/25 at ten o’clock in the morning on the conference hall at the college.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The lecture was attended by the dean of the college of Law (Prof. Dr. Ali Hadi al-Hilali) and a group of the college professors with a group of Master’s and doctoral post-graduate students and a number of preliminary studies students.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe lecturer reviewed Commercial Arbitration, its importance, types, procedures, the most important developments in this field, as well as practical applications of the most important arbitration issues. The lecture was interspersed with some remarks and questions about its content and the lecturer took over the answer to them.<\/span><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
