The college of law at the University of Baghdad discussed a master’s thesis in the public law of the student (Sarmad Makki Kamel), marked with(disciplinary responsibility of the teacher in Iraqi law), on Sunday, 2024\/02\/25 at the conference hall at the college.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis aims to determine the responsibility of the teacher and the impact of that responsibility on the educational function and the effectiveness of disciplinary legislation in reducing violations committed by the teacher and leads to the creation of a successful educational institution and ensures the presence of teaching staff performing their work with proficiency and sincerity without fail .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis included four chapters, the first of which dealt with the concept of the teacher and the spatial scope of his work, the second chapter dealt with the legal basis of the teacher’s disciplinary responsibility, the third chapter dealt with the disciplinary responsibility procedures of the teacher and the competent authority, and the fourth chapter dealt with the impact of the disciplinary responsibility of the teacher.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis came up with several recommendations, the most important of which was the development of a special law that clearly and explicitly defines the duties and rights of a teacher, the abolition of the title of instructor in secondary schools for being a teacher at the same time, amending the legislation that provides for this and making the job title (teacher) instead.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
