The college of law at the University of Baghdad discussed a master’s thesis in the private law of the student (Ghufran Ali Pharaon), entitled with (replacing the Waqf is a legal study compared to Islamic jurisprudence), on Thursday, 2024\/01\/18 at the conference hall at the college.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis aims to show the importance of replacing the suspended funds from the importance of the Waqf itself, as it relates to an important development aspect and replacement is a way to preserve the waqf assets and protect them from extinction and loss .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis included three chapters, the first of which dealt with the concept of Waqf and its juridical and legal nature, the second chapter dealt with the forms of replacement and its juridical and legal organization, while the third chapter dealt with the controls and provisions of replacement and procedures related to it .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The thesis came out with several recommendations, the most important of which was proposed to the Iraqi legislator to cancel all laws, regulations, instructions and decrees related to the endowment, and their texts are collected in a unified law called the Iraqi endowment organization law, and suggested adding scientific vocabulary related to the subject of endowment to the subjects of the college of law in order for students to have a general and simple culture on this subject because of its importance in life in various fields.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
