The college of law at the University of Baghdad discussed the doctoral dissertation in the private law of the student (Nour Iyad Hassan), entitled with (Legal Regulation to Liberalize Banking Services), on Wednesday, 10\/01\/2024 at the conference hall at the college.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe dissertation aims at the need to identify the weaknesses and strengths of the banking legal system, as the adoption of any modern policy may cause a comprehensive change in the banking system, the policy of banking liberalization can not be fully adopted without meeting its requirements gradually.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe dissertation included three chapters, the first chapter dealt with the liberalization of banking services, the second chapter dealt with the requirements of liberalizing banking services at the level of the banking institution, while the third chapter dealt with the requirements of liberalizing banking services at the level of the banking institution.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe dissertation came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is to invite the Iraqi legislator to benefit from the experiences of other countries, especially those that represent his\\her legal and economic reality, which preceded the Iraqi legislator in joining the World Trade Organization membership, calling on the Iraqi legislator to the need to develop the legal system for electronic banking due to what results otherwise that electronic banking is not limited to banks only .<\/span><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
