The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Law at the University of Baghdad held a workshop entitled (The System of Absences and the Mechanism for Calculating It) delivered by the Lecturer in the Public Law Branch, Tabarak Mahmoud Shukr, and in the presence of the students of the first stage on Monday 10\/4\/2023 inside the classroom in the college.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop aims to introduce students to the mechanism of absences and how to calculate them so that the student does not fall into legal problems in the future through his repeated absences.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop included several axes, including the number of scheduled hours per week, how to extract absence rates over the courses.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop came out with several recommendations, including the need to adhere to official presence hours due to the legal consequences that entail according to Article (9) of the examination instructions in force No. 134 of 2000.<\/span><\/p>\n
