On Friday evening, corresponding to 4\/7\/2023, a virtual pleading was held in international commercial arbitration between the students of our college and the students of the Faculty of Law, Jadara University of Jordan. The pleading session was moderated and adjudicated by Prof. Dr. Akram Muhammad Al-Tamimi, and Dr. Nabil Moqbela from Jadara University.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 The students of our college played the role of the defendant, while the students of Jadara University played the role of the plaintiff.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The aforementioned pleading was attended by the student Safa Rawdan Jassim from the fourth stage, the student Saud Falah Aziz from the fourth stage, the student Sama Salman from the fourth stage, the student Nour Abdul Khaleq from the third stage, the student Yasser Ammar Nouri from the second stage, and the student Riam Ibrahim Hussein from the second stage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For his part, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ali Hadi Attia, attended the virtual pleading, and after he welcomed the guest team, he praised the students’ efforts and urged them to participate in such scientific forums because of their role in developing the practical side, and developing their abilities in representing others and presenting their case before the public and increasing Self-confidence, defending their ideas, enhancing pleading skills before courts, and presenting lawsuit regulations. Wishing the participants continued success.<\/strong><\/p>\n
