The seminar was delivered by Lecturer Huda Faiq Abdul Rahman, a faculty member in the Public Law Branch, at the college building.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--\/it--><!--it--><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->The seminar addressed psychological stress as one of the defining features of contemporary life and an important topic addressed by psychological counseling and educational guidance. Psychological stress is no longer merely a passing feeling of discomfort or temporary tension; rather, it has become an experience that accompanies individuals throughout the various stages of their lives.<!--\/if--><!--\/it--><!--\/for--><!--\/comp--><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--\/it--><!--it--><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->The seminar aimed to highlight the importance of understanding the nature of psychological stress, identifying its sources, and recognizing its impact on quality of life. This, in turn, contributes to achieving psychological stability, reducing the negative effects that individuals in society may experience, and promoting psychological and social balance.<!--\/if--><!--\/it--><!--\/for--><!--\/comp--><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--\/it--><!--it--><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->The seminar concluded with several recommendations, most notably:<!--\/if--><!--\/it--><!--\/for--><!--\/comp--><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--\/it--><!--it--><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\"><!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><\/p>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->Raising individuals\u2019 self-awareness by identifying the factors that cause psychological and behavioral stress.<!--\/if--><!--\/it--><!--\/for--><!--\/comp--><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<p><!--\/it--><!--it--><\/p>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->Developing appropriate solutions to address problems across various aspects of life.<!--\/if--><!--\/it--><!--\/for--><!--\/comp--><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<p><!--\/it--><!--it--><\/p>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->Providing a safe space for dialogue and strengthening the sense of support and solidarity among members of
