The Forum will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at the headquarters of the Federal Supreme Court in Baghdad, at 9:00 a.m.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The Forum will be held under the title: \u201cConstitutional Justice of the Federal Supreme Court: Between Text, Application, and Jurisprudence,\u201d on the occasion of two decades since the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq of 2005.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The Forum will address four main themes:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">\ud83d\udd39 First Theme: The Development of the Jurisdictions and Procedures of the Federal Supreme Court.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">\ud83d\udd39 Second Theme: The Role of the Federal Supreme Court in the Development of Iraq\u2019s Democratic Experience.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">\ud83d\udd39 Third Theme: Judicial Appropriateness in the Decisions of the Federal Supreme Court.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">\ud83d\udd39 Fourth Theme: The Interpretative Jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The Forum aims to deepen scholarly research on constitutional justice, highlight the experience of the Federal Supreme Court in Iraq, and discuss its jurisdictions, procedures, and roles in protecting rights and freedoms and developing the democratic experience.
