Dr. Ali Hadi Attia, the Scientific Assistant Ph.Dr. Jalil Hassan Bashat and Ph. Dr. Taghreed Muhammad Qaddouri the chef of the Public Law Department, participated as members of the Industrial Advisory Council.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li class=\"clr\"><div class=\"cz_sl_icon\"><i class=\"fa czico-073-checked-3 mr10\" style=\"color:#f5c538\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>PH. Dr. Saba Noman Rashid andPh. Dr. Rasha Muhammad Jaafar, lecturers in the Public Law Department at our college, participated in giving a legal opinion on the draft of the University Hospitals Law.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li class=\"clr\"><div class=\"cz_sl_icon\"><i class=\"fa czico-073-checked-3 mr10\" style=\"color:#f5c538\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>Ph.Dr. Ban Salah Abdul Qader, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at our college, participated in stating the legal opinion on bilateral double taxation agreements between Iraq and Arab and foreign countries.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li class=\"clr\"><div class=\"cz_sl_icon\"><i class=\"fa czico-073-checked-3 mr10\" style=\"color:#f5c538\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>Dr. Taghreed Mohammed Qaddouri, The Chef of the Public Law Department, participated in the activities of publishing the first report of the Program of courts following _ up Major Corruption Cases, the Anti-Corruption Initiative Project and the Commercial Arbitration Report of the United Nations Development Program.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li class=\"clr\"><div class=\"cz_sl_icon\"><i class=\"fa czico-073-checked-3 mr10\" style=\"color:#f5c538\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>The Dean of the College of Law Ph.Dr. Ali Hadi Attia and Dr. Maha Bahjat Younis a lecturer in the Public Law Department at our college, participated in the panel session held by the Council of Representatives in cooperation with the European Foundation for Dialogue and Development entitled (Dimensions related to constitutional law and constitutional politics of the preamble to the Iraqi constitution and the basic principles contained therein and the rules for amending it) on Thursday, May 30, 2024.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li class=\"clr\"><div class=\"cz_sl_icon\"><i class=\"fa czico-073-checked-3 mr10\" style=\"color:#f5c538\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>The Head of the International Law at our college, (Asst. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Salem Abdul), participated in the second meeting of the committee tasked with establishing mechanisms and regulations for the rehabilitation program addressing the issue of rivers in Iraq with neighboring countries.
