It is the important link between the Dean and the scientific branches, divisions and administrative units, where the unit manages the office of the Dean for the morning and evening studies by organizing work between the administrative units and periodic meetings of the College Council in addition to organizing appointments and receiving all external mail received to the College and the mail is organized by the Office of the Dean to the Dean directly and follow-up of the Dean\u2019s mail and everything related to the Classified Postal Correspondence Department of secret books issued and received.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Preparing the requirements for holding a meeting of the committee of deans of law faculties in our college.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Entering the mail received by the Deans Committee in special records, answering the books of the Deans Committee and distributing them according to the concerned authority, and organizing records for the books issued by the Deans Committee.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Receiving and hosting figures , officials and invitees to seminars and conferences held by the college in the Dean\u2019s Office.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Receiving and welcoming the members of the discussion committee for one of the college students from graduate students external members of the Dean\u2019s Office.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Completion of the requirements of the weekly college council meetings, which are held in the office of the dean<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Organizing the Dean\u2019s interviews with faculty, student staff and external reviewers.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Organizing the correspondence and mail of the ordinary and confidential dean and recording it in special records.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Receiving the secret mail of the college, entering the incoming number on it, and issuing the secret books of the college.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Answering the letters received by the Office of the President of the University and the Ministry shall be exclusively from the Office of the Dean.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
