The Division of Studies, Planning and Follow-up is directly related to the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs in the College and the Department of Studies and Planning at the Presidency of the University of Baghdad. The Division consists of the following units (Statistics Unit, Database Unit, Planning and Follow-up Unit and Studies, Development and Training Unit). Among the most important tasks of the Division is the preparation of the organizational structure of the College, Organizing and following up the creation of divisions and administrative units, preparing a database of college employees and updating it periodically, completing the university census of the teaching staff, and a census of the students in the college and their records.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The organizational structure, and it is considered one of the most important works carried out by the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Division, as the division is provided with a plan for the organizational structure of the college. The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up in the Presidency of the University of Baghdad.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    The organizational structure, which includes the scientific, administrative and technical structure on which the presidency of University of Baghdad relies in determining the university\u2019s staffing.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Creating university statistics table\u2019s data in the month of January of each year, including the tables of primary and postgraduate studies, faculty, staff and lecturers.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Circulating the tables of the annual statistical report, and this circular is implemented at the end of the academic year in July of each academic year<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Checking the general daily record, the fund record, and the advances and trusts record, with emphasis on avoiding scratching and crossing out, and signing to correct the error, if any.<\/span><\/div><\/li>

    Organizing schedules for reporting the reality and employment movement of the college\u2019s employees on permanent staffing<\/span><\/div><\/li>

    Work on the comprehensive database<\/span><\/div><\/li>

    Answering the official books issued by the Development and Training Unit of the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Department at the Presidency of the University of Baghdad<\/span><\/div><\/li>

    The answer to the quarterly activity schedules, and this answer is periodically every (4) four months.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Working with the electronic identity form for the employees of the University of Baghdad (teachers, postgraduate students, preliminary studies students) on the official website of the university and periodic updating of its data.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
