An administrative unit directly linked to the dean of the college.\u00a0 It deals with the affairs of citizens by receiving proposals, inquiries and opinions to address the problems of citizens in the college, if any, and to develop the level of university performance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Citizens Affairs Unit seeks to enhance communication between auditors, departments, individuals and administrative units in our college and to overcome the difficulties they may encounter during their review in order to complete their transactions at specific times, as well as to communicate and communicate with them.\u00a0 other state institutions.\u00a0 This administrative unit concerned with citizens\u2019 affairs aims to receive citizens and listen to their complaints or receive their requests to express an opinion towards them and prepare the reading for presentation to the dean of the college.\u00a0 Directly supervising the organization of the dean\u2019s interviews, entering citizens\u2019 requests on the www.ca.iq website to speed up the answer, searching for specific information, and informing the citizen of the action taken regarding his request or complaint via phone or e-mail.\u00a0 Mail and address the colleges and departments affiliated to the university presidency regarding the request.\u00a0 from the citizen or express an opinion about him.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and directing them to the concerned authorities with their requests <\/span><\/div><\/li>

    Receiving all requests addressed to the Dean of the College and presenting them to him to express his opinion on them <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Direct supervision of organizing interviews with the Dean of the College <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Communicate with the citizen regarding the action taken regarding his request or complaint via phone, e-mail, or review <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Addressing scientific departments, divisions, and administrative units regarding a citizen\u2019s request or expressing an opinion thereon <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Receiving citizen requests via phone or e-mail to the Citizens Affairs Unit and referring them to the relevant authorities <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/div>
    Entering citizen requests according to an electronic system in the Citizen e-Government Program within the form in the unit. In turn, the program gives a special number to the request submitted by the citizen so that his request can be followed up.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul>
