Through higher studies division, the Faculty of Law seeks to achieve excellence in the field of scientific research directed towards society and solve its problems. It aims to graduate students in law with a certificate (Master and Doctorate) by four branches; these are public, private, criminal and international. In the future, they work in both the state institutions, private sector, educational and scientific environments, research, and service, so as to achieve the employment of scientific knowledge and skills to serve society. Besides, the division aims at completing all graduates’ files (Master and Doctoral) who are existing students and graduates, and to overcome all obstacles that students may face during their study.
- Editing official documents and correspondence to and from the university, its faculties and other state institutions.
- Undertaking and preparing admission plan for postgraduate studies.
- Issuing administrative orders for graduates’ admission and following up their commencement and related to it, involving time periods, full-time and absences, in accordance with the regulations and instructions in force.
- Issuing administrative orders to extend, delay and transfer graduates’ study and end their relationship with the study.
- Issuing administrative orders for forming committees to examine graduates and preparing their timetables, checking and submitting them to the College Board.
- Organisation the curriculum vitae of students who have completed study requirements, and completing the necessary measures for issuing the university order so as to grant them a certificate.
- Providing graduates with graduation documents, in Arabic and English, containing academic average and degrees, attested by the university, besides, making murals.
