  • Issuing administrative orders regarding the entitlements of professors and employees, including salaries, accumulated vacations, and end-of-service bonus salaries
  • Issuing administrative orders for the financial dues of teachers and employees ranging from accumulated salaries, vacations, and end-of-service bonus salaries.
  • Issuing administrative orders related to the employment of daily wage workers and organizing personal files for them.
  • Sending letters to the concerned authorities for the purpose of confirming the validity of the issuance of members’ documents.
  • Issuing documents that support the ongoing service of the college’s employees.
  • In the Outgoing and Incoming Unit, all documents delivered to the college, are received, imaged, given a number, and distributed to departments, divisions, and units by jurisdiction.
  • outgoing unit receives all books that come to the college, copies them, gives them a special number, and distributes them to departments, divisions, and units according to specialization.
  • Extraction of priorities for any formation in the college.
  • Maintaining and maintaining the personal files of affiliates periodically.
