The Continuing Education Unit is an educational and training unit, which constitutes an important Unit for the college through which it looks at the community and interacts positively with its various educational and productive sectors by providing specialized training courses that meet the needs of all state institutions and society

  • Marketing the continuing education service and its programs to benefit a large segment of the beneficiaries of its programs.
  • Determine training programs in coordination with the relevant departments and centers in the college.
  • Determine the dates of the courses.
  • Identify trainers from and outside the college in coordination with the relevant departments and centers.
  • Providing various training supplies.
  • Direct supervision of courses and programs and the issuance of certificates and their approval for those who have succeeded in these courses.
  • Issuing bulletins about the unit’s work and its various activities.

To achieve the objectives entrusted to it, the unit uses modern training methods to consolidate the theoretical and practical dimension of the trainees, such as measuring tendencies and trends to understand aspects of behavior and performance, conducting tests and surveys, holding seminars and workshops, motivating participants and pushing them to participate positively in dialogue and case studies in order to reach the goal and solve administrative, behavioral and technical problems. that stand in their way accurately, adequately and competently.

The unit offers two types of training programs in its training courses

Optional Training Programs: These programs are designed based on the continuous evaluation process carried out by the unit’s management to determine the training needs of the target groups of its work. The results of the evaluations of previous training courses play an important role in designing these programs to enhance knowledge and develop skills in the legal fields. Contractual training programs are designed These programs are specially designed to meet the training needs of a particular institution in light of the goals it seeks and the future challenges it faces. These programs include many legal and administrative fields.

In all cases, a preliminary study is done to sense the needs of the state and society in a specific field, and registration for courses is done through advertisement in a timely manner using the media and its various means. In the case of contractual training programs, an agreement or a memorandum of understanding is concluded with the concerned institution.

Finally, the training courses are evaluated after they are completed using different evaluation methods.
