The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College is one of the effective units and is linked to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Graduate Studies. One of the tasks of this unit is to prepare and implement workshops in coordination with the Center for Rehabilitation and Employment at the University Presidency, targeting first-stage students for the purpose of guiding and directing them to the importance of the majors in which they have been accepted and to prepare them. Implementing plans for annual exhibitions, seminars and workshops related to the rehabilitation and employment of (students and graduates) for the college and sending them to the Rehabilitation and Employment Center headed by the university for the purpose of approval in coordination with the scientific departments at the university. In order to prepare and classify a database of students and graduates, and to coordinate with the relevant scientific departments within the college formations in order to develop summer training curricula for students, and to follow up on graduates after their appointment in government institutions and the private sector, and to evaluate them. The extent to which they benefit from their competencies.
- Preparing and implementing workshops, in coordination with the Rehabilitation and Employment Center at the University Presidency, targeting first-stage students with the aim of guiding and directing them to the importance of the majors in which they have been accepted.
- Preparing and implementing annual plans for exhibitions, seminars and workshops related to the qualification and employment of (students and graduates) for the college and sending them to the Rehabilitation and Employment Center at the University Presidency for approval.
- Coordinating with the scientific departments of the college in order to prepare and classify a database for students and graduates.
- Preparing a comprehensive report at the end of each year that includes the courses that have been held and their conformity with the set plan, and a statement of achievement percentages.
- Coordinating with all departments of the college by recording data on files in coordination with specialized scientific departments within the college formations in order to develop summer training curricula for students.
- Preparing training programs for students and graduates in coordination with the relevant authorities (public and private sector institutions).
- Following up graduates after their appointment in government institutions and the private sector, and evaluating the extent to which they benefit from their competencies.
