
The Dean of the College of Law – University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Ali Hadi Atiyah, participated in the tenth session of the University of Baghdad Council for the academic year (2025–2026). The session resulted in issuing a set of directives aimed at strengthening digital transformation and organizing the academic, financial, and administrative aspects across the university’s formations.
During the session, the Council discussed several important decisions, including the formation of a central committee tasked with preparing the requirements for comprehensive digital transformation. It also examined mechanisms for organizing financial dues and developing electronic payment services in line with modern trends in university administration.
The session further addressed directives related to enhancing academic rigor in scholarly journals by expanding participation from researchers outside the university. This step aims to promote academic diversity and improve the quality of scientific publishing.
The participation of the Dean of the College of Law reflects the College’s commitment to actively contributing to university decision-making and supporting the strategic directions adopted by the University Presidency, particularly those related to digital transformation and institutional performance development.
