Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ghanem Alwan, Head of the Department of Private Law at the College of Law – University of Baghdad, in collaboration with Assistant Lecturer Haider Sabah Kati’ from the College of Law, University of Al-Qadisiyah, has published a new scientific book entitled:
“The Theory of Knowledge in Civil Law (A Comparative Legal Study of German, French, and Anglo-American Law)”.
The book addresses the latest developments in civil law and provides an in-depth comparative study of the most prominent legal systems worldwide, making it a significant addition to the Iraqi legal library and a valuable resource for researchers and those interested in legal studies.
This publication is part of the college’s efforts to enhance the scholarly output of its faculty members and highlight their research contributions in advancing legal knowledge.
