Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Law at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ali Hadi Atiya, the College organized a ceremonial event honoring Professor Dr. Mahmoud Khalil Jafar on the occasion of his appointment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and his entry into the diplomatic corps as an ambassador of the Republic of Iraq.
