The Qualification and Employment Unit at the College of Law – University of Baghdad organized a training workshop on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, titled “Time Management Skills”, presented by Teaching Assistant Russul Khalid Ibrahim from the Criminal Law , with the participation of several students from the college.

The workshop aimed to enable students to understand the importance of time and apply effective methods for managing it, using tools and skills that help organize daily activities, identify time wasters, and overcome them.

The workshop covered three main topics:

🔹 First Topic: Definition of time management, its importance in achieving goals efficiently, and its role in reducing stress and wasted effort.

🔹 Second Topic: Time management strategies, including setting priorities and goals, planning in advance to allocate time for each activity, and balancing work with personal life.

🔹 Third Topic: Time wasters and ways to overcome them, such as procrastination, lack of planning, and excessive phone use, with practical solutions like using daily planning tools, delegating tasks, and prioritizing activities.

The workshop concluded with several key recommendations, including:

✅ Setting daily goals and monitoring their execution to avoid procrastination.
✅ Identifying priorities and using self-motivation to complete tasks.
✅ Promoting positive values related to discipline and punctuality.

This workshop reflects the Qualification and Employment Unit’s efforts to develop students’ personal and professional skills and prepare them for the labor market with high efficiency and administrative awareness.
