Assistant Professor Dr. Saba Numan Rashid , a professor in the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Baghdad, , participated in the International Labor Organization conference entitled (Social Security Regulations in the Private and Public Sectors and Labor Protection), which was held on the grounds of the American University on Thursday 27/10/2022.
The conference discussed research according to scientific disciplines, which included legal research, research related to abuse and discrimination on the basis of sex, social research and also economic research.
This conference aims at the Iraqi social security systems, especially those applied in accordance with the retirement and social security law, by dividing them according to the risks and benefits that the worker obtains in the event that the required conditions are met and the transition to the international rules in the ILO agreement and the extent to which the applicable law conforms to these rules in which the draft security law is being studied, which revolves around About it most of the discussions of organizations with the legal department at the present time.
For his part, the teacher (Prof. Dr. Saba Numan) discussed in the first session of legal research, her research tagged (benefits of social security according to Iraqi law and international rules – a developmental vision).
