“As part of the implementation of the operational plan for the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department at the college, the department organized a workshop to explain the mechanism for filling out the performance evaluation form for all college staff, including faculty and employees, on Monday, February 17, 2025.
The workshop was presented by Prof. Dr. Ban Salah Abdul Qader, Head of the Quality Assurance Department, Ms. Nagham Mohammed, Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, and Ms. Sura Abdul Hussein, Head of the Performance Evaluation Unit.
During the workshop, the sections of the performance evaluation form were reviewed, and the process of accurately and effectively calculating the grades was explained to ensure that the staff receives a fair and correct evaluation.”
