As part of the scientific and academic cooperation between the College of Law at the University of Baghdad and academic and scientific institutions, and in response to an invitation extended to our college by the Institute of Wisdom, Department of Political and Strategic Studies, Dr. Surra Harith Abdul Karim Al-Shawi, a professor of constitutional law and political systems at our college, attended the activities of the scientific seminar titled “Governance and the Decision-Making Process,” which was held at the Institute of Wisdom on Thursday, December 26, 2024. She contributed to enriching the seminar with her research paper titled “The Impact of Governance on Shaping Legislative Policies.” The seminar was attended by a group of professors and specialized academics who enriched the seminar with their interventions and comments.
