Within the framework of scientific and academic collaboration established by the College of Law at the University of Baghdad with governmental institutions and civil organizations, Dr. Sura Harith Abdul Karim, a lecturer in Constitutional Law and Political Systems, engaged in the activities of the European Foundation for Dialogue and Development during its Seventh Round. She participated in a workshop titled “The Relationship between the Legislative Authority and the Executive Authority and Its Impact on the Nature of the Political System,” convened at the Coral Palace Hotel on December 15, 2024. This event was held under the auspices of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and attended by professors of constitutional law from various Iraqi universities, as well as legal advisors from the Council of Representatives. The workshop facilitated significant discussions and proposals that contributed to the topic at hand.
