Within the internal curriculum of the first semester of student activities at the college of law at the University of Baghdad, the Student Activities Department held a chess championship competition in the Sports Club Hall at the college with the participation of (9) students in its fourth stages.
The tournament was also held, and the first place was won by Laith haqi Ismail from the second stage, while the second place was taken by the student Morteza Saad from the second stage.
For his part, the assistant dean for practical affairs, Dr. Jalil Hassan bishat al-Saidi, honored the winning students in the Championship and stressed the effort to achieve victory through participation in student activities, whether within the college or university activities.
