The college of law at the University of Baghdad hosted the legal proficiency exam of the Judicial Institute for the two sessions (50) The judges ‘course, and (51) the public prosecution course, on Saturday, corresponding to 2/11/2024.
The exam was conducted with the participation of (299) a person in the course (50) judges’ course, and (454) a person in the course (51) Public Prosecution course, where the participants performed the legal competence test for admission to the Judicial Institute.
In this context, the college of law received a visit from the president of the University, Dr. Baha Ibrahim Insaf, and the assistant president of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, who met with the president of the Rusafa Court of Appeal, judge Emad Khudair Al-Jabri, the head of the Public Prosecution Service, judge Najm Abdullah, the head of the judicial supervision authority, Mr. Laith Jabr, and the director of the Judicial Institute, Ms. Faten Mohsen Hadi.
The president of the University praised the efforts exerted by the administration of the college of law in order to establish the exam and provide the appropriate conditions for applicants to perform it.
